Radiate is a 12-week hypertrophy-style program (that means it's all about building lean muscle through progressive overload — more reps, more weight, more results). It’s the style of training that creates real, visible changes in your body while making you feel strong, sexy and unshakable.

This program was born from over 10+ years of hands-on experience — both as a certified personal trainer and from working alongside some of the most brilliant coaches in the game. I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and poured it into this powerful system to give you what I believe should be the foundation of any fitness routine.

4-day workout split: 2 lower body days + 2 upper body days per week (75 - 90 min workouts)

WHY I CREATED RADIATE:

I’ve been obsessed with the gym ever since college. Something sparked in me back then — I loved how movement made me feel, clear my mind, shift my energy and reconnect with myself. The gym became my anchor.

With more time and intention, I started showing up consistently — exploring different methods, lifting heavier, pushing myself. I watched my body transform right before my eyes — and with it, my confidence exploded. I felt strong, capable, radiant. I was hooked.

That love turned into a lifelong passion for health and wellness. I became a NASM certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Specialist and have spent the last 4 years working with an incredible naturopath — an experience that completely shifted my perspective of fitness and holistic health from the inside out.

Over the past decade I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant trainers — constantly evolving my methods and refining what actually works when it comes to building the body of my dreams.

Radiate is that method. It's the structure I wish I had when I was getting serious about strength training: no fluff, no confusion. Just real results, rooted in experience, aligned with how you want to feel — strong, confident, and wildly in love with how you show up in the world.

  • Definitely! Radiate includes both Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced versions of the workouts, so you can start where you’re at and grow from there. The Beginner program focuses on mastering form, building confidence and creating consistency.

  • Expect visible muscle definition, increased strength, better energy, improved mood and a serious boost in self-confidence. This is the kind of transformation that goes far beyond aesthetics — Radiate helps you feel empowered from the inside out.

  • Absolutely. Radiate is designed to be your strength training foundation, but I highly recommend incorporating other movement styles you enjoy — like Pilates, walking, cycling, yoga or even some light HIIT. Movement should feel good. As long as you're recovering well and listening to your body, you can absolutely pair Radiate with other forms of exercise.

  • Yes and I encourage it! If you started with the Beginner program, you can move up to the Intermediate/Advanced version. And if you’re already advanced, you can repeat the program with heavier weights, slower tempo or added intensity to continue progressing. Radiate is designed to evolve with you as you get stronger.

  • You’ll need access to basic gym equipment (dumbbells, cables, machines, benches) and a set of resistance bands. I’ll link my go-to Amazon bands inside the program!
